GENERAL PROCEDURES OF LAND TRANSFERS
From estate agent- client has to come to deeds office and conduct a search to ascertain existence of the property.

     Check if there are any caveats on the property.
     If any caveats exist there have to be uplifted before purchasing.
    The agreement of sale has to be signed and the documents should be sent to deeds office through a conveyencer who has appeared before the registrar of deeds
